Discussion among Board Members concerning proposed regional club newsletter. Information from the regional club VP indicated cost would be between $1.40 minimum per quarter for each club member to $1.70. This would cost our chapter approximately $1,000. a year. The regional newsletter would be mailed with the Roundel. After discussion, it was decided to send a letter to the club regional VP advising him that our small chapter’s budget could not support this large of an expense. Incoming President Jaama will draft the letter and all Board Members will sign unanimously sign. Copies will also be sent to National.

The Board then discussed club events for the coming year. Mart asked us to consider more easy drives during the year. The following are the planned events for 2019. They will be presented at the upcoming January meeting which will be a planning meeting for annual events.
