General Meeting: DeArmond Sharp, Treasurer, called the meeting to order at 605 pm; president Pat McGoff was out of town.  at McGoff, President, called the meeting to order at 6:05 pm.

  1.  Guests:  No guests tonight.  New members attended.

  2. Upcoming Events.  Holiday Party.  December 11, regular meeting date.  Cocktails at DeArmond’s house around 530 pm and short drive to Bricks Restaurant and Wine Bar, 1695 South Virginia Street.  Menu will be salad and three entrees:  scampi, pork tenderloin and short ribs; cost is $30.

    There were no nominations from the floor and the election will take place at the December 11, 2014 meeting.  

  4. Wine Tour Video.  Ron Nicasio had the video set up to run since the TV was back in the room.  Great video from all who provided pictures.

  5. New BMW Plant in Mexico.  Scott Blazey wrote an article in September on the new plant and how much impact it would have on increased production worldwide.

  6. Trivia.  Question:  When do the windshield wipers cycle automatically to make sure they do not stick.  Answer:  If you leave your BMW sitting for a few weeks.

  7. Dinner at LaVechia Italian Bistro.  Looked like 18 attending.
