SUMMARY:2022 Oct Second Saturday Drive (SSD)
DESCRIPTION:The rules/requirements are easy.\n\nYou do NOT have to be a member of the Chapter to participate (Bring a friend to introduce them to the BMW CCA and our Chapter).\nNo reservations are needed\, We meet at the starting point starting at 9:30am on the second Saturday and leave promptly at 10:00am. If you are able to join us\, please do.  If you can’t make it\, no big deal; we will miss you and hope to see you on the next one.\n\nFor our October 2nd Saturday Drive we will be running the route used for last years poker run\, but not actually doing the poker run portion on the drive.  We will head South on 395/I-580 and pass thru Genoa for a Bio Stop and then proceed to Hwy 88/89 and loop back up to Lake Tahoe and then drive over Kingsbury Grade to drop back down into the Carson Valley.  Our lunch stop will be Red’s Old 395 Grill in Carson City.   As usual\, meeting place is Raley’s O-N-E Market on Wedge Parkway in south Reno. Meeting time is 9:30am for a prompt 10:00am departure. Hope to see you there. \n \n\nHome\nRed’s is unlike any other Restaurant you have ever been to! Founded in 2000 along Highway 395\, Red’s is a restaurant surrounded with history. Our centerpiece includes a 1920’s NY Steamroller that is so big we had to build the restaurant around it.
