SUMMARY:2021 December Second Saturday Drive (SSD)
DESCRIPTION:Second Saturday Drive is a monthly drive event meant to give you an excuse to get out and drive your BMW at least once a month. \nThe rules/requirements are easy. \n\nYou do NOT have to be a member of the Chapter to participate (Bring a friend to introduce them to the BMW CCA and our Chapter).\nNo reservations are needed\, We meet at the starting point starting at 9:30am on the second Saturday and leave promptly at 10:00am. If you are able to join us\, please do. If you can’t make it\, no big deal; we will miss you and hope to see you on the next one.\n\n\nSeasons Greetings Sierra Chapter\, \nFor this months Second Saturday Drive we are going to try something different. Instead of doing a daytime drive as we’ve done throughout the year\, we are going to do an evening Holiday Lights Tour. \nOur exact route is still being planned out\, but the goal is to drive through a few of the local areas where there is heavy light decoration participation by the residents. Hidden Valley is defiantly on the list\, but a few others are being looked into. If you know of an area that is worth seeing\, please let me know ASAP. \nSo our meetup and departure plans are as follows: Meet at the Raley’s O-N-E Market on Wedge Parkway (as has become the usual starting point at) at 4:30pm and we will depart round 5:00pm to begin the tour. Not sure what the temperatures will be like\, but for those with convertibles\, I encourage you to bring them for the full topless holiday lights tour experience. \nSo bring a thermos of your favorite hot beverage(s) and join us for a fun evening drive.
