SUMMARY:CANCELLED - 2017 June Sierra Chapter Meeting - Take me out to the Ball Game
DESCRIPTION:We have to cancel the ballgame next Thursday night because we do not have enough people attending.  There is a minimum of 20 for the dinner/game combo and we only had 13.  We will also cancel having a club meeting that night.  July 13th will be the next meeting\, at Bill Pearce. \nFor those of you who were attending and paid your money\, you can void your checks–Cheri will return them to you at the July meeting.  For those that paid cash\, if you want your money back before the July meeting\, please contact Cheri Huntoon (owlhouse3627@gmail.com)\n\n\nTake me out to the ball game…\n\nWe will be attending the Aces Baseball Game for the regularly scheduled June 8th monthly meeting! The Aces take on Tacoma Rainiers \nWe will be in the Coors Light Party Zone in left field.\nCost is $31; children ages 3-10 are $19.\nPrice includes the game and a BBQ buffet dinner.  Vegetarian meal can be ordered\nThe gate opens at 6:05\, game at 7:05\, and the buffet stays open until 8:05. \n\n\n\n\nThe count and money has to be turned in by June 8\, so people need to pay at Thursday\, May 11th meeting.  Cheri Huntoon will have a sign up sheet there that night; please be prepared to pay cash or have checks made payable to Reno Aces.  Guests are welcome.\n\n\n\n\n\nReservations and money must be turned in by June 1\, so please bring a check (payable to Sierra Chapter BMW Club) or cash to the May meeting Thursday night. \nIf you aren’t at the meeting\, please send your checks to\nCheri Huntoon\n3627 Willowdale Drive\nSparks NV 89434 \n\nFriends are welcome–the more the merrier!!!\nIf you have any questions\, email Cheri @ owlhouse3627@gmail.com\n\n\nWe hope to see you there!
